Return & Exchange Policy – Mirha Couture

You may apply for an exchange within 07 days of your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 07 days from the date of delivery. Once the returned item is received, the exchange will be processed within a maximum of 07 working days, subject to availability.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged

  • All items must have original tags and packaging intact

  • Any item not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange

Note:

  • The buyer will bear the return courier charges if the product is not defective

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability at the time of request

Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

  1. Take clear pictures of the defective part of the item (if applicable)

  2. Repack the item in its original packaging

  3. Email the pictures to mirhacouture@gmail.com
    or contact us via WhatsApp at 0327-0906656, mentioning your order details and exchange request

  4. Our team will share the return address

  5. Send the parcel through your nearest courier service

  6. Once received, the exchange will be processed accordingly

Important:

  • Free-of-charge exchange is only applicable if there is a visible manufacturing defect

  • In all other cases, courier charges will apply
