Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – Mirha Couture

All customers are hereby informed that, as per the terms and conditions of Cash on Delivery (COD), the courier company does not permit opening of the package before payment.

As a customer, you are entitled to return the package only after completing the payment and formally acknowledging receipt to the courier company.

If you wish to return or exchange your order, you must notify Mirha Couture after making the payment to the courier. The item must then be shipped back to us at the customer’s own expense, in accordance with our return and exchange policy.

Customers are strictly advised not to request or pressure the delivery personnel to open the package prior to payment, as this is against COD regulations in Pakistan.
